Document Repository
reproHAUS will securely warehouse your documents and manage all related requests. This can minimize your involvement in locating, retrieving and delivering documents. reproHAUS will supply custom start/stop sheets to help eliminate any document tagging mistakes and help ensure each party receives the documents they need. We will even contact all relevant parties and coordinate each of their document reviews. Also, third party billing is no problem. reproHAUS can bill the copies directly to the requesting party, completely removing you from any of the billing and payment hassles involved in these types of productions.
On-Site Copying & Scanning
Undoubtedly one of our most popular services. With our on-site services we take copying or scanning equipment on location to produce your documents. We use state-of-the-art, portable scanners or copiers that plug into regular outlets (no special electrical requirements). We can get our equipment serviced at any location. All we need is a name, phone number, and a document location and we will take care of the rest.
Multiple Locations for Originals
Whether it is one location or 50, we will help coordinate all of the pick-ups, copying, scanning, coding, and delivery/shipping of originals and copies.
Page Checking and Quality Control
reproHAUS checks copies against originals page-for-page to ensure quality. Mistakes cost you and your clients time and money. We minimize mistakes with our quality control department and assure the best possible quality at a fair price.
Color Copying
Copying in color just got simpler at reproHAUS. We have recently purchased new state-of-the-art digital color equipment that allows us to copy, electronically print, or "blowback," high volumes of color documents or images at your request. Whether you have letter-sized documents or color maps 3 feet wide, call us to handle all your color document needs.
Bates Stamping - Labeling (Document Numbering)
Our bates labels are computer-generated and customized to your specifications. Our labels allow for any prefix or suffix. They can be multi-line with any point or font. At reproHAUS, every label is applied by hand so that no text is covered up by the label application.
Oversize Document Copying & Scanning
We can typically duplicate or scan any size document in color or black and white. Typical examples of what we copy or scan are: arial photos, engineering drawings, construction plans, floor plans, plot plans, maps, renderings and surveys.
Video - Audio (Duplication)
reproHAUS has the technology to digitize or make analog video transfers to DVD. You simply supply the original video/audio tape to be digitized or copied and we will take care of the rest.
Binding - Finishing
Velo, GBC, Deposition, Acco, 3-Ring Binders, Saddle Stitching, Custom Binding, etc.
